Frequently asked questions
How long will it take to get my order?
We aim to print, pack, and ship within 5 business days. Larger or multi-item orders may need extra time; if so, we’ll give you a heads-up. (Shipping time is on top of that.)
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and what’s in your cart. You’ll see the exact rate before you pay—no surprises. Please contact us for orders over 10 cases as shipping rates may differ.
Do you offer international shipping?
Not yet. It’s on our radar—join our list for updates.
What is your return policy?
Because each case is made to order, all sales are final. If something arrives damaged or defective, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
We’ll replace the item with the same model (or issue store credit if that exact item is unavailable) for issues reported within 30 days. Photo proof required.
Why does my case look different from the listing photo?
Every case is 3D-printed to order (unless noted). Small variations in filament shade, texture, or sheen can happen due to batch differences, climate, and print settings. That’s the charm of small-batch, not mass-made.
Do you offer custom designs?
Yes—when the project fits and our queue allows. Think custom colorways and sizing, or special inserts. Send us your idea and timeline; we’ll confirm feasibility, a quote, and lead time.
